Survivors
Healing from childhood abuse is a lifelong journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone. DCAC connects survivors with trusted resources and support services to help you find hope, strength, and healing at any stage of life.
Finding Support on Your Healing Journey
After attending a training or completing one of DCAC’s online courses, some individuals recognize that they may have their own experiences of childhood abuse that still need healing. Remember, it is never too late to begin your journey—hope and recovery are possible at any stage of life. One of the most powerful gifts you can give your children is to work toward your own healing. If you find that you have unresolved pain, we encourage you to reach out to one of the agencies below for support and guidance.
