
Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center is pleased to announce the appointment of three new members to the Board of Trustees: Victoria Kumpuris Brown, Casey Couvillon Colosky, and Steve Martin. As well as the appointment of Kyle Stewart to the DCAC Foundation Board.
We are pleased that these particular leaders have joined DCAC’s Board of Trustees and Foundation Board. Each of them brings a wealth of experience to strengthen our organization. Their unique backgrounds and expertise will make them great assets to DCAC’s Boards and help further our mission.
Meet our newest board members:

Victoria Kumpuris Brown, founder of Elemental Advisors, has dedicated her career to enhancing the health and well-being of children and families in both the public and private sectors. At the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, she pioneered strategies to engage businesses in social imperatives, including integrating health metrics into ESG frameworks. Her work united corporate leaders, investors, and nongovernmental organizations to improve corporate health reporting and support disaster resilience, notably following Hurricanes Maria and Harvey. She also led efforts to reform the food industry to combat childhood obesity. Previously, at the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, she collaborated with global brands like McDonald’s to expand healthy food options and secured agreements with beverage companies to reduce calorie content. Victoria holds a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Washington and Lee University, where she serves on the Board of Directors for the Shepherd Program.
Casey Couvillon Colosky brings 30 years of expertise in management, budgeting, and resource execution across the private sector and federal government. She serves as Finance Chairman of Stonebriar Village, overseeing the budget for one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s premier communities. Casey founded V Cycle, a fitness studio in Virginia that doubled its membership in 18 months while successfully shifting to online classes during COVID. In tech, she led business development for a company specializing in electronic warfare, expanding its work with the Department of Defense. Previously, she held senior roles at the Pentagon, managing a $21 billion annual budget for the Department of the Army and operations across various programs. She also directed studies to improve training readiness and modernized processes as Director of Environmental Services at CALIBRE. Casey holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from Louisiana State University.


Steve Martin is the Executive Vice President of Frost Bank, where he began his career in 1995 through the management and credit training program. With 29 years of experience, he has significantly contributed to corporate and community banking. Steve serves on the Texas advisory board of the Trust for Public Lands and has been a member of the Board of Directors for Family Gateway of Dallas. He has also held roles as Board Treasurer of Family Gateway Affordable Housing Corp., former Chair of Prevent Blindness Dallas’s Board, and former Chair of DCAC’s Board of Trustees, in addition to serving on the DCAC Foundation Board. His community involvement includes volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Dallas, Big Thought, and the Dallas Regional Chamber. Steve is a 2006 Leadership Dallas graduate and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University.
Kyle Stewart is Senior Investment Director at the Children’s Health Medical Center Foundation in Dallas. He leads strategic management of the Foundation’s marketable investments, including Public Equities, Diversifying Strategies, Fixed Income, and Liquid Real Assets. Kyle ensures alignment between the investment portfolio and the Foundation’s mission to support children’s health initiatives. Before joining Children’s Health, he was a senior investment professional at Irvington Capital and held significant roles at CTC | myCFO, Taylor Investment Advisors, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. These experiences have equipped him with expertise in investment strategies across diverse sectors. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
