The FaLaLa Lakewood toy drive brings the local community together to share in the festive season of joy and giving to support Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center. The holidays can be a difficult time, especially for children living in the aftermath of severe child abuse. The organized drive features Santa and his elves on a parade route through the streets of Lakewood collecting toys in order to provide hope and bring a smile to the thousands of children DCAC serves each year through their holiday program.
Since launching in 2020, the generous families of Lakewood have donated more than $225,000 worth of gifts and toys for families at DCAC. For the 2024 holiday season, the goal is to continue to grow our efforts from 2023 to help provide hope in the way of Christmas wishes to DCAC’s most deserving youth.
